How does the campaigns work? I just got Game Of The Year Edition of GW for Christmas. If I buy like Nightfall or Factions. Can I have my character from the first game be able to travel to the contients on Nightfall and Faction, and interect with the people there?

Just add the keys and you will get a quest ingame to move your characters to other games

Just make sure you add the CD key to your existing account, rather than creating another account. A lot of people make this mistake. Then you just have to do an easy quest to travel to another continent.

They aren't necessary, but they're worth it if you like Guild Wars. Play through Prophecies a bit and see if it's for you.

I can't imagine seriously playing guild wars and only having one campaign though, you'd be pretty gimped compared to other people due to the lack of skills available to you. Heroes alone boost your power a ridiculous amount, unless you ALWAYS play with full human groups (yeah right).
